一、学校简介

I. General Information about HAU

河南农业大学源自1902年创办的河南大学堂,1952年全国院系调整时重新独立建制,更名为河南农学院,1984年12月更名为河南农业大学。学校建有郑州市文化路、龙子湖和许昌新区三个校区,占地面积5000亩。2009年9月成为农业部与地方省政府共建的第一所省属农业高校。2012年11月成为国家林业局与省政府共建高校。2013年5月学校牵头的河南粮食作物协同创新中心入选国家首批“2011计划”。

Henan Agricultural University (HAU) grew out of Henan Imperial College(Henan Da Xue Tang), which was founded in 1902. Since then, HAU operated under several different names. When the colleges were rearranged nationally in 1952, it was named Henan Agronomy College, renamed as Henan Agricultural University in December, 1984. HAU comprises 3 campuses (Wenhualu Campus, Longzihu Campus, Xuchang Campus) in two different cities (Zhengzhou and Xuchang), covering an area of over 333 hectares. It became the first provincial university co-sponsored by the Ministry of Agriculture and Henan Province in September, 2009; and was also co-sponsored by the State Forestry Administration and Henan Province in November, 2012. The Collaborative Innovation Center of Henan Grain Crops led by HAU became one of the first " 2011 Projects".

学校下设20个学院,设有农、工、理、经、管、法、文、医、教、艺10大学科门类。拥有1个一级学科国家重点学科,16个一级学科省部级重点学科;6个博士后科研流动站,5个博士学位一级学科授权点,25个博士点,80个硕士点,30个专业学位硕士点。各类在校生32000多人。学校现有中国工程院院士1人,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者1人,教育部长江学者特聘教授2人,“新世纪百千万人才工程”国家级人选8人,省“百人计划”人选2人,中原学者7人,河南省特聘教授19人。

学校建有国家“2011计划”河南粮食作物协同创新中心、国家小麦工程技术研究中心、省部共建小麦玉米作物学国家重点实验室、新农村发展研究院、郑州国家玉米改良分中心、教育部作物生长发育调控重点实验室、农业部农村可再生能源重点开放实验室、国家烟草栽培生理生化研究基地等34个国家和省部级研究中心、重点实验室、研究基地。

HAU now is a comprehensive university with ten branches of learning: agronomy, medicine, science, engineering, economics, management, literature, arts, law and education. The academic work of HAU is organized into twenty colleges. At present, HAU has one national key discipline of first class, 16 key provincial and ministerial disciplines of first class, and 6 post-doctoral research stations. There are 5 first-class doctoral programs, 25 doctoral programs, 80 master degree programs and 30 professional master degree programs, forming a complete system for cultivation of talent. There are 32,000 graduate and undergraduate students on campus. HAU also has an excellent faculty team with: 1 academician of the Academy of Engineering, 1 winner of the NSFC Fund for Preeminent Young Scientists, 2 Professors of the Cheung Kong Scholars Funding Program of the Ministry of Education, 8 winners of the National One Hundred Talents Project in the New Century, 2 provincial winners of the One Hundred Talents, 7 winners of Central Plain Scholars, 19 Specially-appointed Professors of Henan Province. Such a comprehensive disciplinary system helps HAU to achieve coordinated development across different disciplines. The university has 34 state or provincial scientific research platforms, including theCollaborative Innovation Center of Henan Grain Crops of 2011 Project, National Engineering Research Center for Wheat, etc.

2. Pre-eminent Talents:

(1). Professors of the Cheung Kong Scholars Funding Program;

(三)杰出人才

(四)拔尖人才

具有博士学位,年龄一般不超过40周岁且具备下列条件之一:

1.自然科学类,近5年以第一作者或通讯作者发表SCI论文的影响因子之和达到25(其中单篇SCI影响因子≥10.0),或在SCI刊源刊物上全文发表3篇以上影响因子≥7.0的学术论文;

2.社会科学类,近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在SSCI或A&HCI刊源刊物上全文发表4篇以上学术论文。

4. Topnotch Talents

Ph.D under the age of forty, and

(1). If Ph.D in natural science, one should have, as the first author or correspondence author, published in the past five years SCI papers with the impact factors totaling 25 (and one single SCI impact factor ≥ 10.0), or published in SCI journals three papers with impact factors ≥7.0;

(2). If Ph.D in social science, one should have, as the first author or correspondence author, published in the past five years at least four full-text academic papers in SSCI or A&HCI journals.

(五)青年英才

具有博士学位,年龄一般不超过35周岁且具备下列条件之一:

1.自然科学类,近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在SCI刊源刊物上全文发表单篇影响因子≥7.0的学术论文,或发表2篇以上单篇影响因子≥5.0的学术论文,或3篇以上单篇影响因子≥4.0的学术论文,或在JCR检索源1区刊物上全文发表3篇以上学术论文,或2区刊物上全文发表6篇以上学术论文;

2.社会科学类,近5年以第一作者或通讯作者在SSCI或A&HCI刊源刊物上全文发表2篇以上学术论文。

5. Young Talents

Ph.D under the age of 35, and:

(1). If Ph.D in natural science, one should have, as the first author or correspondence author, published in the past five years one SCI paper with impact factors ≥7.0, or two SCI papers with impact factors ≥5.0, or three SCI papers with impact factors ≥4.0, or three full-text research papers in JCR A-level journals, or six full-text research papers in JCR B-level journals;

(2). If Ph.D in social science, he should have, as the first author or correspondence author, published at least two full-text academic papers in SSCI or A & HCI journals.

(六)优秀博士毕业生

年龄一般不超过35周岁,且近5年以第一作者在《中国科技期刊引证报告》和《中文核心期刊要目总览》(北京大学图书馆)统计源期刊(文章刊出当年目录为准)上至少发表2篇与研究内容相关的学术论文,其中1篇在本学科国家一级学报发表;或在SCI、EI、ISTP、SSCI、CSSCI源期刊上发表或收录论文1篇以上;或单篇SCI论文排在前10%的我校博士毕业生。

6. PhD Graduates

Ph.D graduates under the age of 35 who have as the first author published, at least two academic papers relevant to one’s research interests in source journals of “China Science and Technology Journal Citation Report” and “Chinese Core Journals Overview” (Peking University Library), one of which is published in national A-level university journals; or one paper in SCI, EI, ISTP, SSCI, or CSSCI journals; or one is a Ph.D graduate from HAU who has published a SCI paper with impact factor in the top 10%.

(七)优秀创新团队

1.团队带头人或核心成员中,“两院”院士、“千人计划”长期项目入选者、“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授、“国家杰出青年基金”获得者、“长江学者奖励计划”青年学者项目、“千人计划”青年项目入选者、“国家优秀青年科学基金”获得者、“国家特支计划”青年拔尖人才、中科院“百人计划”等高端人才一般不少于2名。成员由5名以上博士或具有正高级专业技术职务人员组成。

2.团队应适应学校学科发展需求,其科研实力达到国内外领先水平,在高端领域已取得杰出成就或具有创新潜力,有望突破相关学科前沿、实现跨越的优秀创新团队。

7.Innovation Teams

Leaders or Core members of the innovation teams should include at least two leading talents, i.e., academicians, scientists listed in the Thousand Talents Long-term Innovation Program, professors of the Cheung Kong Scholars Funding Program, winners of the NSFC Fund for Preeminent Young Scientists, young scholars of Cheung Kong Scholars Funding Projects, scientists listed in the Thousand Talents Youth Program, winners of the NSFC Fund for Outstanding Young Scientists, scholars of the National Top Scientists Special Support Program, or scientists listed in the Hundred Talents Program of Chinese Academy of sciences. Team members are composed of five professors, assistant professors or Ph.D graduates.

Innovation teams should stay in line with the disciplinary development of HAU and have achieved outstanding fruits or demonstrated great potential in scientific innovation, in the hope that they make breakthroughs in their field.

除上述人才类别外,对学校特殊学科、急需专业或具有标志性成果的优秀人才(含外国优秀人才)或团队,引进条件可适当放宽。经国内外专家推荐,报学校审定后,确定引进人才类型。

In addition to the above-mentioned categories, requirements might be reasonably lowered for talents or teams of certain badly-needed disciplines or with iconic achievements (including foreign talents). They should provide names of references to HAU before final decision is made.

III. Salary and Benefits

(一)领军人物

1.聘期内年薪150万元,聘为一级教授岗位;

2.科研启动费3000万元(其中科研启动费2000万元,学院建设经费1000万元);

3.安家费200万-300万元和200平方米左右的校内住房1套;

4.提供1000平方米的实验室,配备工作用车及2名以上工作助手,帮助组建学术团队;

5.直聘博士生导师;

6.解决配偶工作和子女入学(托)。

1. Top Scientists

(1). Annual salary of 1.5 million RMB and position of first-grade professor during employment period;

(2). 30 million RMB for research fund--20 million RMB for start-up fund and 10 million RMB for college developing grant;

(3). 2 to 3 million RMB for settling - in allowance and a 200m2 apartment on campus;

(4). 1000 m2 laboratory. A car for work and at least 2 research assistants are available; We will support to build academic teams;

(5). Position of doctoral supervisor;

(6). A job for spouse, and nursery and school for children.

(二)卓越人才

1.聘期内年薪80万-100万元,享受二级教授待遇;

2.科研启动费:自然科学类1000万-3000万元,社会科学类200万-400万元;

3.安家费150万元和200平方米左右的校内住房1套;

4.提供300-500平方米的实验室(社会科学类300平方米),配备1名以上工作助手,帮助组建学术团队;

5.直聘博士生导师;

6.解决配偶工作和子女入学(托)。

2. Pre-eminent Talents

(1).During the period of employment, annual salary of 0.8 to 1 million RMB. Second-grade professor treatment is enjoyed;

(2). Research start-up fund: 10 million to 30 million RMB for natural science and 2 million to 4 million RMB for social science;

(3). 1.5 million RMB for settling - in allowance and a 200m2 apartment on campus;

(4). 300-500m2 laboratory (300m2 for social science). At least one work assistant is available. We will support to build academic teams;

(5). Position of doctoral supervisor;

(6). A job for spouse, and nursery and school for children.
